In July 2011, in conjunction with Roadrunner Transportation had the honor of helping the Clallam County Public Safety Tribute Committee transport an artifact from Ground Zero and deliver it across the country to Seattle. The Fire Department of Port Angeles Auxiliary sponsored the funding for the construction and design of the memorial monument.

The 9/11 Commission sanctioned the steel 1,450-pound I-beam to the City of Port Angeles in Washington. The Public Safety Tribute Committee dedicated the memorial in a ceremony held on the 10th Anniversary of 9/11.

As a veteran-owned company, we’re honored to help deliver this piece of history. We work with government agencies and institutions to arrange multi-stop shipments for public memorials.
